He spent more than 7 years leading Retail Operations for Hyundai Motor America and brings more than 23 years of auto industry knowledge to each of Ardent’s automotive clients. Tracy knows first-hand that engaged employees go out of their way to connect with customers, and he’s passionate about customer experience strategy, retail operations, and leadership development. Tracy and his team bring tremendous empathy and understanding to every project.
TJ directs more than 100 automotive facilitators and brings nearly 30 years of experience consulting with automotive retailers. He has held leadership roles with OEMs, dealerships, and prominent industry consulting firms, and his career spans domestic manufacturers, imports, and luxury brands. TJ has likely encountered just about any challenge imaginable for an automotive retailer. He has the expertise to ask the questions that matter most on your customer’s journey.
Rich is Ardent’s CEO and has been supporting automotive clients for more than 20 years. There aren’t too many jobs at Ardent that Rich hasn’t done himself, and he has an eye for talent. He brings almost 30 years of automotive experience, with everything from retail to OEM to multi-media personality, in both foreign brands and domestic. Brian’s nimble approach to training development and experience in the field boosts Ardent’s ability to customize material and delivery to any client’s needs and brings out the best in our facilitators.
Heather’s turbo-charged pace makes her a perfect match for overseeing Ardent’s largest automotive accounts. With over 8 years’ experience in the automotive industry and more than 20 years in successful program management, Heather collaborates with her clients, introducing innovative solutions that creatively solve business challenges. Heather is committed to helping large organizations become more aerodynamic, giving them an edge in today’s fast-paced business environment.
Will leads the Ardent teams delivering instructionally sound, results-oriented, and high value learning solutions to Volvo Car USA and American Honda Motors. He has led content development, technology, and strategic partnership teams in the learning industry for more than 11 years. Will uses his decade of manufacturing operations management experience to find practical and cost-effective ways to deliver great learning. He and his teams always put the learner first.
