Recommended a variety of modalities: a self-assessment, digital tools, and community-based learning
Aligned learning to what AEs needed most: product and industry training, emotional intelligence, soft skills, and presentation training
Envisioned technologies to bring the experience to life
Identified metrics and KPIs to measure impact on the learner and business overall
