After recent acquisitions and core business growth, a global leader in residential furniture recognized the need for a custom learning solution to create consistent customer experiences.
Acquisitions made up roughly 70% of the organization’s recent growth—effectively integrating these new brands created a clear need for training and support. While the client was not merging the acquired brands with the existing brand, they needed to ensure a consistent customer purchasing experience company-wide. The client also wanted to elevate and modernize their product information through refreshed user interfaces, colorful assets and interactive content in an effort to boost both sales and employee engagement.
