Information overload can capsize even the best sales training program

Ideally, sales reps leave training motivated and exhilarated to employ their newfound selling knowledge and strategies. However, multiple studies show that only days later, learners can no longer recall much of the information they learned during training. After 90 days, that information loss stands at 84-90% with the steepest loss occurring within the first 24 hours.
